What can Greigcare offer?

Greigcare provide support to adults (over 18) living in their own home. This includes the elderly, those with disabilities, those recovering from ill health or following a discharge from hospital.

In the first instance, we will visit you in your own home to assess your needs. There will be no pressure or obligation at any time. We will build with your input and that of your family, a Plan of Care that is personal to you.

Our service will enable them to continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home.

• Bathing and showering
• Washing and dressing
• Toileting, including Incontinence care
• Dementia care
• Assisting with medication
• Helping with meal preparation
• Bed making and changing
• Assist with shopping
• Accompany to local appointments
• Assistance with getting up and going to bed
• Administering medication from a Monitored Dosage System as well as other medication with an authorised MAR chart. (Medication Administration Record)
• Carrying out trained tasks such as Eye/Ear drops, Warfarin admin, Stockings, Stoma care etc.

Companionship/ Escort

We can provide care staff with their own car to accompany a client to a hospital, doctors, dentist or any other appointment. We would also be happy to take clients on local trips.

Domestic Service

We now offer a separate Domestic Service carried out by staff with a DBS check and carrying full insurance. Please request our Domestic brochure, which will give you more details and prices.
